Hewlett Packard had a clear intention of achieving a strong LEED rating for their Chennai offices.This target was specified in no uncertain terms during their tendering stage.
To achieve this ambitious goal, every stage of the project right from sourcing the material and vendors to the actual execution needed to fall in line with LEED certification guidelines.
Strict procedures were set and followed by Acme’s entire team for all on-site activities such as waste segregation, disposal and documentation. The light at the end of the tunnel was the highly coveted LEED Platinum Rating awarded to the project.
